The Case Alumni Foundation was established in 2004 in order to support the Case Alumni Association, Inc. and to advance the fundraising priorities of the Case School of Engineering and applied science and mathematics programs at Case Western Reserve University. The Case Alumni Foundation is currently the 21st largest grantmaking foundation in Northeast Ohio, encompassing more than 256 endowed funds and total assets of nearly $70 million. The Case Alumni Foundation is governed by a nine member Board of Directors who are active participants in the Case Alumni Association (CAA), leaders in their field and in the community. The Directors are volunteers who provide oversight for the endowment as well as fundraising, scholarship, grant making and donor relations activities. The board meets four times per fiscal year, and participates in additional committee meetings as needed.
